The spiritual path is a long winding road.  Spirituality is about experience not faith and every experience is different and often it begins with a feeling of ecstasy.  This positive experience of ecstasy is often only fleeting, and that’s fine.  However, it’s what is left after the ecstasy diminishes that counts as that is your pathway to a new level of knowing.
